Who am I?
My name is Iurii Chabanov.
I am an entrepreneur active in Germany and Poland. I started my business journey in Ukraine at the age of 20.
For more than 20 years, I have been developing businesses — from B2C sales activities to service, technical and sales companies operating in the B2B market.
I build companies, teams and processes that solve real customer problems and help people work more effectively.
I am interested in creating organisations that grow without unnecessary bureaucracy, keep common sense and adapt to a changing world.
I am particularly interested in self-organisation, artificial intelligence, psychology and designing work systems that make it possible to achieve more with fewer people and fewer processes.
I believe good companies are built on trust, responsibility and open communication.

I believe competitive advantage is not built by large organisations, but by the right people, good processes and the smart use of technology.
People
I build teams with people who take responsibility, think independently and create real value for the customer.
Processes
Processes should simplify work, not create bureaucracy. A well-designed process creates order, speed and predictability.
AI
AI should take over repetitive tasks, analysis and administration so people can focus on decisions, relationships and development.
AI
How not to lose against AI?
It is not about being afraid of artificial intelligence. It is about understanding which tasks should be handed over to technology and which still require a human being.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE
I do not believe in perfect balance.
I believe in regularly correcting the course.
Over the years, I have learned that an entrepreneur rarely achieves perfect balance between business, family and health.
Sometimes the company needs more attention.
Sometimes the family does.
Sometimes health reminds you of itself.
It is not about perfect balance.
It is about regularly checking the direction and correcting the course.

I do not run an active consulting business and I am not building this website to sell consultations.
From time to time, however, I get involved in selected projects — especially when they involve company development, process organisation, B2B sales, scaling operations or the practical use of AI in business.
I am interested in projects where I can genuinely help, but also learn something myself by observing how other entrepreneurs build their companies.
